Presentation of a 32-Year-Old Female Patient With Rapidly Growing Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma: Report of a Rare Case

In this case report, a 32-year-old female patient from Central India was reported. Her primary complaint pain and swelling in the lower left back region of her jaw, which had been present for one month. On extraoral examination, asymmetrical facial symmetry observed, 3 cm on side face. An intraoral examination showed reddish-pink ulceroproliferative growth buccal mucosa. Under local anesthesia, an incisional biopsy performed. A conclusive diagnosis well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma affecting mucosa made based clinical histopathological testing. The scheduled follow-up appointment after being referred to Cancer Institute required treatment. After three months, reported department with extensive face, measuring 6 diameter. more restricted mouth opening compared previous examination. firm tender exhibited continuous bleeding. As delayed seeking proper care, condition became aggressive, she lost life. This oral (OSCC) is rare, as men are commonly affected by OSCC due their higher prevalence unhealthy practices. highlights rapid progression disease if appropriate treatment not initiated promptly upon diagnosis.
